In 2017 she founded Mash: an award-winning creative company that reimagined the agency model. Betting on the East, she drove 110% year-on-year growth across APAC in its first five years, earning Forbes’ ‘Mighty Mouse’ and B&T’s Entrepreneur of the Year. Now Singapore-HQ’d, Mash is one of several next-gen ventures she advises and holds equity in.

She has long championed Asia Pacific as not just a market, but the epicentre of global cultural and creative innovation.
